Refund Policy
We pour time, strategy, and creativity into every project from the moment it begins. Because of the nature of custom creative work, all payments—especially deposits—are non-refundable.
However, we understand that things happen. If you’re unsatisfied at any point, we welcome open communication and will do everything we can to address concerns within the scope of the project and revision policy.
Deposits secure your spot and are non-refundable.
If your project is paused or canceled by you after work has started, any payments made will be applied toward work already completed.
Unused hours or deliverables (on retainer or package-based services) do not roll over unless pre-approved.

Revisions
You’ll get 1–2 complimentary revisions depending on your package. After that, hourly rates apply.
Revisions must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving drafts.
